What I‘ve found is that for many people studio yoga classes can be quiet stressful, especially because these classes are often overbooked, leaving you with little space to move or to actually breath your own breath. Many feel the pressure to keep up and a fear that they are not flexible enough. Yet, Yoga should leave you feeling rejuvenated, „lighter“ and at greater ease with yourself and your body. It should be a safe space - not making you feel even more anxious or stressed.
